Notes: Ok, so.. I never prefer to use the term "sour grapes", when it comes to describing the flavor profile of a specific wine, BUT... this wine screams "sour grapes". I can't pan it too much since this was one of my grocery store value experiments, still, I couldn't get past the overwhelming puckering effect this "Study of culture and traditions" had on my palate. I gave this 2007 Anthropology Shiraz a good "Mollydooker Shake",and things began to improve. For 9 bucks, if you're in a pinch, if no one else can help, and if you can find it, maybe you should hire 2007 Anthropology Shiraz.
