Sips & Tips for Joe's Seafood Prime Steak & Stone Crab


It’s a new year so let’s welcome a new Sommelier Series, featuring two gems from our good friends at Jordan Vineyard and Winery. Join us January 14-20 for a look at some of the finest wines Sonoma has to offer.

Incredibly fresh and teeming with lively aromatics, the Jordan, Chardonnay, Russian River Valley, Sonoma, California ($12 6oz / $48 bottle) is a wonderful pairing for oysters on the half shell. With notes of fresh lemon and apple spice, the wine is guaranteed to please your palate.

Jordan has been featured on our wine list since we opened our doors in Chicago- partially because, in 1972, when they opened their doors, amazing California Cabernet was born.  The Jordan, Cabernet Sauvignon, Alexander Valley, California ($17 6oz / $68 bottle) is packed with ripe fruit and elegant tannins, an incredible wine for one of our Signature Bone-In Prime Steaks.
