WINEMAKING TECHNIQUE
Traditional white wine vini"cation with cold maceration of the fruit overnight. Fermentation
and maturation part in barriques and part in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
WINE
Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights. The aromatic nose is reminiscent of yellow
pepper, peach, melon and banana. Dry on the palate, which echoes the nose satisfyingly,
offering
elegance and a caressing, velvet-smooth mouthfeel.
SUGGESTIONS
Storage: lay bottle down in a dark, dry environment at 15 °C.
Serving suggestions: A wine to serve with starters of all kinds, in sauce and
especially with shellfish, whether boiled or grilled. Herb risottos and minestrones.
Friulian
kitchen: Risotto with scampi or sclupit (bladder campion) and barley soup.
10°C in a Riedel Vinum Chardonnay glass or similar.
